To our dental practice family,
I hope you and your families are all doing well and staying safe during this time. I have been hanging out with my little ones - my daughter Kara (6 years old) has mastered professional application of makeup and hair up-do’s on her favorite client, me! My son Brandon (4 years old) has excelled in memorizing all 50 US states and capitals and now he has moved on to countries and its capitals. I miss you all very much as I miss our conversations and hearing your stories about your kids, grandkids, your pets, your vacations… I can only pray it will be soon we get to see you all again!
With the new shelter-in-place, our office re-open date will now be May 4th until further notice. I will be seeing patients only on an emergency basis.
Per CDC/ADA/CDA guidelines, only the following emergencies will be allowed until further notice:
Conditions that are potentially life threatening and require immediate treatment to stop ongoing tissue bleeding, alleviate severe pain or infection or conditions obstructing airway.
If you have a dental emergency, please call the office at (510) 794-9122. We will be checking voicemails throughout the day.
If you have any upcoming appointments during this time frame (even if you were rescheduled previously), you may reschedule either by:
1) Emailing us at FremontFamilySmiles@gmail.com, or
2) Texting us at (510) 804-2306.
This is a unique situation for us all, thank you for understanding.
We will continue to further communicate to you through email, our website www.FremontFamilySmiles.com, and our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/FremontFamilySmiles/.
I encourage you to check out our Website blog or our Facebook page to see personal tips from our hygiene team, Kim and Stacy. You are a part of our dental family and your health and well-being is always our top priority. Please remain safe and healthy through this time.
Thank you,
Fremont Family Smiles Team
